For this year’s launch of Showhome Live, we’ve decided to centre content topics around our overarching theme, ‘Innovative, Sustainable, Diverse’. This is to reflect current trends and developments in the house-building sector – from greater diversity in construction, to an increase in sustainable building methods and energy-efficient new builds.

Current issues facing the sector span from the desire to promote and encourage more cultural diversity in the industry, along with a greater involvement from younger professionals. Sustainable and energy-efficient house building, which is in keeping with the latest design trends, is also an ongoing challenge for developers. Discussing and addressing these factors is now more important than ever.
