Simon Vernon-Harcourt Joins Showhome Awards Judging Panel, Calls for Submissions to Honour Housebuilding Innovations 

The Showhome Awards, a leading event in the Showhome Live series, is proud to welcome Simon Vernon-Harcourt, Design & Planning Director at City & Country, as a judge for the 2024 awards. Alongside this announcement, the awards are inviting submissions from professionals in the UK housebuilding industry, aiming to recognise and celebrate the finest in innovation, design, and sustainability. 

Simon Vernon-Harcourt, a Chartered Architect with the Royal Institute of British Architects, brings a wealth of experience in architecture, with a particular focus on historic buildings. Since joining City & Country in 2007, he has led the design team on numerous esteemed projects, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and innovation in housebuilding. 

Commenting on his role, Simon says, “As a judge for the Showhome Awards, I am excited to be part of a panel dedicated to recognising excellence in the housebuilding industry. This event not only celebrates innovation and sustainability but also embraces the diverse perspectives and talents shaping our landscape.
